This sheet covers Eagle requirements 1 - 3. Starting from your Life Scout board of review date, name the months outward for six months.

NOTE: If you plan to take more time, then print two sheets, trim the second (remove everything to the left of the grids) align and tape them together. That will give you a sheet that goes out 12 months.

On the grid identify when you will do each task, and hold yourself to it. Also, you may find you need to add lines for others items you need to get done. Under "Req #3" heading list the remaining merit badges you need to complete (beyond those you already have from your Star Scout and Life Scout ranks) and schedule when you will work on and complete each one.
