Eagle Scout:

The eagle scout badge is awarded to any first class scout qualifying for twenty one-one merit badges. These twenty-one merit badges shall include first aid, life saving, personal health, public health, cooking, camping, civics, bird study, pathfinding, pioneering, athletics or personal development, and any ten others.
